Purchases and Payment

Refund Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality AI-powered analysis. If you are not satisfied with the results or quality of our service, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• Technical issues prevent proper service delivery
• The service fails to process your reports as intended

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase and include specific details about the issues encountered. Each refund request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
